BINGHAM COUNTY, Idaho -

Two people were arrested in connection to nine car burglaries at a church in Bingham County.

The sheriff's office said they and the Chubbuck Police Department arrested Jarel and Destiny McBride, both of Utah, on Thursday.

The burglaries occurred Sunday at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints building on the corner of 150 West and 400 North. The windows of five of the nine cars broken into were smashed, and wallets, purses and other valuables were stolen.
