IDAHO FALLS, Idaho -

An Idaho Falls man got at least 15 years of prison in what Bonneville County Prosecutor Danny Clark called "one of the more horrific cases we've dealt with."

Keith William Bizauskas, 51, pleaded guilty to charges of lewd conduct with a minor and two other charges.

Bizauskas was initially arrested by Idaho Falls Police last July on a charge of possession of child pornography. Additional charges were added after his young girl victim recovered from drugs she had been administered and was able to offer a more complete statement.

On Monday, Judge Dane Watkins Jr. sentenced Bizauskas to 30 years in prison, 15 fixed on a charge of lewd conduct with a minor. He was sentenced to 20 years, 10 years fixed, for forcible penetration with a foreign object, and 10 years, five fixed, for possession of sexually exploitive material. The terms were to run concurrently. Bizauskas could be eligible to apply for parole in 15 years.

Further details on the case were not available.
