He was arrested on a Wyoming felony warrant for auto burglary and conspiracy to commit auto burglary.
According to Teton County, Wyoming deputies the two agencies are working together to identify and file charges against multiple other suspects. They believe those other suspects have conspired since 2011 to commit burglaries in both states.
Castillo-Arellano will likely face additional charges in Jackson based on an investigation linking him to a residential burglary in Alta, Wyoming in November, 2011.
Teton County, Idaho authorities said their investigation is continuing. Idaho deputies expect to announce numerous other charges soon.
